Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy
At 1791 Industries, we are committed to delivering high-quality weapon components and an exceptional customer experience. Please review the following policy regarding shipping, handling, and returns before placing your order.
1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- During high-volume periods (sales, new releases), processing may take longer.
Shipping Carriers & Methods
- We ship via trusted carriers such as FedEx and USPS, depending on product type, shipping destination, and service selected at checkout.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
- Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for certain items, especially those requiring signature delivery.
- Some products may be restricted in certain states, cities, or jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to know and comply with your local laws before purchasing.
- By placing an order, you certify that you are legally allowed to purchase and possess the item(s) in your shipping destination. Orders found to violate local, state, or federal laws will be canceled and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Compliance With Laws
1791 Industries complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and shipment of firearm components. We reserve the right to cancel any order or restrict shipment to jurisdictions where items are prohibited or regulated. We do not ship restricted items to states or municipalities with bans on certain firearm parts or accessories.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available after shipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and ensure a resolution.
- If you opted out of shipping insurance (if applicable), we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most unused, uninstalled, and unmodified products in original packaging.
- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Custom or special-order items may be non-returnable unless defective.
Return and Exchange Process

- If eligible, you’ll receive return instructions and an RMA number.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or replacement (minus original shipping charges, if applicable).
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of non-defective merchandise.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and either ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
